Rosalia Vila Also known as Rosalia Rosaly, is an Spanish singer from flamenco. Since her teen years she's been involved with the edges of both traditional and popular music. In addition, she explores genres including hip-hop, trap, and soul. Her voice is described by no less a talent than Flamenco guitar player Pepe Habichuela as sharp and sweet and with a bite that is similar to those of the past. El Mal Querer was her big commercial and critical hit in 2018. The single Los Angeles garnered her attention and a Latin Grammy Nomination for Best New Artist, it topped Billboard's Latin Pop Albums and she won an Grammy. The single La Fama with The Weeknd came out. It was her third studio album. Motomami featured songwriting collaborations with numerous producers and artists like Cory Henry and James Blake. In March 2022 the set began to be released in conjunction with Saturday Night Live's show Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the first Spanish singer to sing on her own in the show. The Rosalia of Motomami, who took home the Latin Album of the Year and three Latin Grammy Awards in total for Motomami and was the first female to win one.
